Sacred Spring, an ancient tradition of the Samnite people which was intended to encourage new landings and conquests. Following the ancient tradition we tried to find a new landing for this Fiano, following a fermentation partial in barriques during the final phase. Followed by a aturation in steel for about 18 months and then a long one period of aging in bottle. It has a straw color bright load, citrus scent, almond, hay, light smoky, fresh mouth, savory and full of fruit, in excellent balance, the sip is dynamic , flowing and balanced.
